Begin with chilled seafood, featuring grilled Yamba prawns and scallop ceviche. For mains, choose from beautifully prepared dishes such as North QLD coral trout, duck breast, premium beef cuts or a generous seafood platter designed for sharing.
Finish on a sweet note with steamed chocolate pudding, pavlova or strawberries and cream.
